Hello friends and family,
From now on, I'll be putting photos and posts on my blog for Egypt - egyptianagape.blogspot.com - just so's you know. I don't have a ton up quite yet, but should be updating it regularly soon. I'll probably return to this one in a year. Hope you all enjoy!
Hugs and kisses,
Annie

Dad in the Garden

Being all proud of his tomatoes. If you're a veggie fan, let me know and I'll deliver some homegrown goods - tomatoes, eggplants, squash - we have a ton. And they're delicious. And I don't have anything better to do.

Life on the Farm

From the Big City to rolling green hills, horses, one-eyed dogs and the most beautiful people in Virginia.

New York, New York

Good times in the Big Apple. I attended Sunday Mass at St. Patrick's Cathedral, sun-bathed in Central Park and did the Empire State Building thing. Thanks to Drew for having a birthday of nothing to do but be a great host.

2,500 miles in 3 days

After a drastic change in plans, Rob and I are B-lining it to New York City just in time for Chiron/Magnum magic. We are currently in some city in Ohio and will hit NYC tomorrow afternoon. Nope, no pictures of Yellowstone or Chicago, but who doesn't love 35 hours of good, solid time in the car?

Dear Mt. Rushmore,
You are too difficult to find. Please reposition yourself in a more convenient location.

Backcountry Camping

I still don't know what to think about camping that requires a permit and viewing a 20-minute video on bear attacks. Luckily, we didn't see any hungry grizzlies on the trail.

Vashon Island, Washington

After several meals of peanut butter crackers and more granola bars than I can count, you can only imagine how amazing it was to have a good ol' home-cooked, northwestern meal. Rob and I somehow managed to land a couple of nights on a friend's island estate off the coast of Seattle which included the best clam chowder and salmon I've ever had. More tomorrow.

The Best Things about LA

Are the Snodgrasses who live there. Thanks Uncle Jack, Aunt Esther, Becky, Jim and 94-year-old Great Aunt Golda (seen here looking at Becky's leopard print nails)
Getty Museum

A nice place to visit, a good place to look at art, a great place to lie in the grass for hours in the LA sun.

There really wasn't much else to photograph except for Rob's attempt to do a headstand on the point.

Durango, Colorado

After a random conversation about melodrama and a wrong turn in New Mexico, we ended up at a show in Durango, Colorado.

Let the Weddings Begin

I can't believe Julie Almeida is about to be Mrs. Julie Knabe.
I'm raising money to move to Egypt so if you know anyone who needs something like this, or any photo work in general, let me know - snodgrass.annie@gmail.com
